Several Smart Bath Features
This bathroom is wheelchair-accessible and BEAUTIFUL!This bathroom is a great example of how Universal Design can be beautiful at the same time as functional. The owners needed something wheelchair accessible and we delivered for a visiting grandchild. Later, the owner had knee surgery and was delighted to be able to function interdependently in her wonderful Universally Designed bath.
The renovation took a 5x7 bathroom and made it three times bigger while staying in the existing footprint of the home, absorbing space from closets and hallways and moving walls.
Although you can't see it, a double pocket door leads to this bathroom. Note the curbless shower with pivot door, the even and balanced lighting and the slider/grab bar for the handheld shower.
