Full Design Services

LiveSmart Design takes the homeowner from conceptual design through project completion. Contractor or homeowner procures product.  Design services can be purchased on a project-based fixed fee and customized to suit your needs.

• First visit is provided to understand the scope of the project and the needs of the homeowner.

• Measurements are pulled and photos taken.

• A contract is signed prior to the start of work.

• Preliminary designs are presented in CAD drawings along with finishes, fixtures, lighting and appliances.  Product and cost is presented to the homeowner through cut sheets and showroom visits.

• LiveSmart Design assists with the bidding process, but does not hire the contractor.  If desired, LiveSmart Design will suggest contractors to interview.

• Team members (builder, remodeler, architect, vendors or healthcare provider) are consulted as needed and hired by the homeowner.

• Detailed CAD drawings of demolition, new construction, elevations, electrical plans and finish plans are developed.

• Final construction drawings (11x17 sheets) are delivered to the Contractor along with a project manual containing all product specification sheets.  These are the property of the homeowner once the project is completed.

Design Consultation

If  full-blown design services are not required, LiveSmart Design will work directly with the homeowner, architect or builder to provide guidance and input for the home renovation.  Consultation services are purchased on an hourly basis and are customized to suit your needs.
